Warm Leads Provided: e-Commerce SaaS Sales Role with 40% Commission Targeting SMB Website Owners

Summary

We offer SaaS & supporting services for the Wix Platform in a "blue ocean" competitive landscape. The apps introduced--called "Wix Custom Solutions by WD"-- are the first of their kind, addressing UI and CX limitations otherwise found in the Wix platform. This has helped SMBs expand their business models, improve their site design, and grow their businesses online without use of code. 

We're looking to build upon an existing organic install base and convert more users into paid accounts. 

The mixed list of leads provided includes warm, inbound leads that request product demos and/or custom engineering services; and cold leads prospected on the basis of which technology is present in their stack--in this case, Wix websites. We also have a list of ~2K semi-warm leads of past Wix prospects who could be possible users. They reached out previously for other services, but did not engage beyond lead form submission. 

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

This is the start of our sales team, so a sales professional who's willing to help us establish a more formal process and who's comfortable in the sometimes-chaotic environment of a startup would be an ideal fit. 

The ideal candidate is someone around whom we can build a full sales team as we continue to grow and seek out additional funding.
