Summary

Finit is a leading provider of financial information, specializing in the stock market. We developed our proprietary software, PowerMap KR, which tracks real-time buying and selling volume data of key investor groups in the Korean stock market, including foreign investors, domestic institutional investors, and large-scale investors. Our software provides estimated real-time trading data to stock investors in Korea. 

Finit is expanding its operations to the U.S. stock market with the development of PowerMap US, a real-time trading information tracking solution. The company is already in discussions with its existing Korean securities company customers to deliver PowerMap US and is preparing to enter the U.S. market in 2023. To facilitate this expansion, Finit will establish a 100% owned C-Corporation in the U.S. with an office in the early 2023.

Our potential clients include US stock market brokers, trading platform providers, financial information providers and institutional investors, regardless of regions or countries. However, based on our research, the US and EMEA regions seem to be our primary targets. It is expected the potential customer companies would have their own retail customers access our solution for certain monthly fees, and consequently we will be paid monthly as long as deals are alive. Lastly, we would be paying our sales agent monthly commissions depending on the revenues received every month; 10% of the revenue for 60 months.

Especially if the person has a connection with a decision maker (the person who can look into implementing our solution onto their service or platform) at the firm, that would be our best candidate.
