We provide Chinese language immersion courses based in China. The courses involve language tuition combined with travel with a fully qualified teacher. The aim is to reduce the classroom tuition and spend more time learning practical everyday Chinese.
What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
We feel that there are two styles of agents that would suit our company with whom we would work closely to provide all relevant information that they require. Relational Sales agents as we hope that there would be follow on business at say a Language School where our course would be introduced to their students, then we would hope that a group of students would come once a year. With the sales agent maintaining a relationship that will provide many years of business. Consultative Sales Agents would work with potential clients and based on his advice we would provide the Chinese course that best suits their needs. Adaptability is also very important as we receive many different requests for our courses (especially bespoke courses) and often the initial course requirements differ from the final agreed schedule.
