5. On this web page the customer picks 1 - 5 starts.  If they pick 1, 2 or 3 stars they are directed to email the company with the complaint.  If they pick 4 or 5 stars we direct them to the review website of choice. 
6. We then respond to all reviews within 24 hours.  By doing this the company will rank higher in google searches. 

That's it. Super simple product, very needed and customers pay monthly, thus we pay out monthly commissions for the life of the customer!
