It allows companies to comply with health and safety laws, regulate procedures and manage projects within six core industrial practices: Environmental Management, Safety Management, Health Management, Product Safety, Risk Assessment & Analysis and Process Management. It is composed of 10 modules: Audits, Incidents, Permits & Isolation, Competence Management, Process Documentation, Maintenance Inspections, Day-to-Day Operations & Logs, REACH, Complaint Handling and Management of Change. What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
We are looking for Relational Sales Agents. We believe it is important to build a relationship. Deciding on the purchase of a software can take time. Purchasing and implementing the software takes 6 - 8 weeks however the decision making can take from 6 - 12 months. Relational Sales Agents: Relational sales agents rely on their charisma and building strong personal relationships with their customers in order to close business. Usually very good at maintaining long-term client relationships and bringing in referral business, the relational sales agent can be a real asset to a company. This type of sales agent will rarely be suited to products which have very short sales cycles and require a harder sell to close the business.
