A polished and enthusiastic sales pro who has mastered the art of the consultative phone sale. You are driven by a top-shelf pay plan and you understand that the real money comes from building relationships after the initial sale. You know activity drives results and you’re not afraid to put in the effort every day. A hunter AND a farmer...a sales agent who wants their own 'book of business' to go along with their entrepreneurial spirit. You’re disciplined, organized, and ready to be part of a fun and supportive team.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
You will be calling out to US-based new car dealerships and walking them through the opportunity to buy a minimum of 100+ leads or more each month. Each day you will call and work through our CRM with no set territories…the opportunities are endless! You choose the markets you want to call. This is a short sales cycle on a service they are already paying for with other less efficient and higher priced providers.

Our Sales Agents will call U.S. based new car dealers to bring them onboard for our pay per lead program and manage/grow the accounts each month with earnings on the front/back end and a generous percentage for upsells as dealers increase the number of leads needed each month. Short sales cycle on a service they are already paying for with other less efficient and higher priced providers.

You are not scared to cold call and approach every day with a disciplined and organized strategy to make the calls necessary to blanket your leads. You are motivated by many things as a sales pro…money, achievement, and recognition for being the driving force behind CarHive’s reach into new car dealers nationwide.
You soak up all the training you can get and are never afraid to ask for help or offer insights based on your experience to the team. You view sales as more of a partnership between your company and the client, always looking to make that relationship stronger.
