What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
We are looking for people who ideally have a basic understanding of video content on social media and can speak to marketing professionals. These customers are used to a more consultative sell and don't respond well to 'pushy' sales techniques. Instead they are looking to someone they can trust to advise them on why ShoutOut is the perfect solution for them. Our demos dont go too in depth and we have found that selling solutions rather than features work really well. A lot of our prospects will not be the end users so they just need to understand the basics of what the product does and how it will benefit them.
