Essentially, any company can spin up an Upwork-like marketplace and invite customers and service providers to interact on it.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

Someone with a background in B2B SaaS sales with willingness to learn the ins and outs of partner programs. Someone who has sold into sales, customer success or partner program departments is a big plus.
