We are recruiting a small number of experienced independent sales agents to develop our presence across the NHS and the wider UK healthcare sector. Commission is 30% of gross profit on every sale, with a further 20% of gross profit on all repeat and expansion orders from your accounts for 12 months. Commission is calculated on gross profit rather than order value, at a single fixed rate applied to every deal. Our lead product enables legacy biomedical, laboratory and building-management equipment to connect to the hospital network without replacing existing systems. Deployments typically expand ward by ward and site by site, generating repeat business from the accounts you establish. Agents are responsible for relationship development and closing. Rugged provides quotation, technical design, fulfilment, technical support and after-sales service. This opportunity will suit experienced professionals with an established network across NHS or healthcare procurement, IT, or biomedical and clinical engineering.

The single most important qualification is your network. We are looking for professionals who already hold credible relationships across the NHS, healthcare, public-sector IT, networking and connectivity, or biomedical and clinical engineering. Most of the rest can be taught. You are likely to be well suited to this opportunity if you: - Have an established network, or a genuine track record, selling into UK healthcare or the public sector - Are comfortable with a consultative, solution-led sale rather than a transactional one - Can navigate a decision involving several stakeholders, typically IT, information security, estates and biomedical engineering - Are self-motivated and able to develop an account patiently across a considered procurement cycle - Value a supportive partner and long-term account development over a quick one-off commission - Are based in and selling into the United Kingdom You are not expected to arrive knowing every product. We provide structured training, healthcare use-case guidance and direct access to our technical team and to manufacturer specialists. You are expected to arrive knowing people worth talking to.
