Since print can be fairly complicated, it would be beneficial to have a sales person who has some experience in the field, but it's not vital.
It would be hugely beneficial if you were to have contacts who buy print regularly who would benefit from a more automated system.
We work with a lot of member-based organisations and manage their print and mail requirements, so contacts in that area would also be good.
