Summary

As a business we have built up a good database of businesses whose insurance renewal dates we have.   So we have ready made leads for a sales agent to call.  

We are a niche commercial insurance provider.  We have our own exclusive products and also whole of market access.

Leading up to the renewal date we engage in a systematic communication campaign to 'warm' the leads up.

However what we don't do is always call them because we do not have the resource and this most important last part of the jigsaw.

So the leads should be fairly warm and our conversions for direct insurance inquiries are pretty high.

We are almost looking for an agent that can be an extension of us in harvesting these leads.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

This needs someone who can talk to professionals and businesses with great conversational ease.

Someone that people warm to and want to talk to .

Someone who is professional yet very much a personality as well.  Someone who has good skills in reading people and situations and who is very quick on their feet.

ideally they would be able to use CRM systems and can organise their calls and work effectively.

They would need to be self motivated and would need to be someone that looks for solutions and success rather than excuses.

Excellent communication skills and a warm up beat nature would take them a long way.

As with all sales and business they would need to have a good level of persistence and be fairly robust in getting the most out of this role.

Reliable and trustworthy will also need to be paramount.

We are a young and ambitious company with plans for growth.  The agent would need to be similar!
