What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
Although not essential, experience in selling bespoke IT services to medium and large clients would be highly desirable and advantageous, as you can then offer an understanding of problems with running IT complex IT projects.
We are looking for agents who do not do '1-time' sales. We are looking for agents who take a consultative approach; trying to understand their prospect's problems and help figure out if we can solve them. It's important to be able to readily identify the relevance of our services, and refrain from pushing our services where they are not required.
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and proffesional person, great at making first contact. We always get engaged in the sales process as soon as it starts being even a bit technical so making the first contact and allowing us and the prospect to meet (in person or online) is enough for us. Making the first contact on a local market and getting prospect to meet us is enough to generate a sale in 70-80% of times.
