Summary

We provide marketing resources as a service, like business process outsourcing but for marketing. The concept is that a business can commit to a resource budget and we provide the skills necessary for the marketing work to be done against the plan. 

As the marketing plan evolves over time then we shift the skills and take any recruitment or general retraining costs.

Overall we are recruitment avoidance, providing an entire marketing team including manager, or a sub-team for particular skill needs. We derisk marketing resourcing and skill needs over time.

The service operates from a shared service centre in Chester and we use all the digital collaboration tools the client likes and can have regular face-to-face sessions as agreed & costed.
