HumanSmarts is a boutique fractional HR leadership services firm supporting small businesses in 49 US states (Sorry, no California-based clients). 

We especially love professional services firms with 15-99 employees. Annual contracts are generally $25-90k (average = $42k), so there is abundant sales upside at 12% commission on the first annual contract, and 5% renewals. 

We have been very successful since Day 1 and 95% of revenue has come from referrals. We are now increasing capacity through hiring a robust delivery team, so the sky's the limit.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We are looking for sales professionals who understand how and why we're different and can credibly articulate that to a small business owner. Experience as a SMB and/or in HR/talent is helpful. We're looking for long-term partnership.
