Our platform is applicable to businesses who are shifting to hybrid or fully remote work environments. We’ve had particular success with high-growth startups, small to medium size tech companies and organizations with progressive HR. We are a subscription service with per user per month pricing; however for B2B, we sell only annual subscriptions with a 20% discount.
In larger companies, you’ll target senior learning and development leaders and other manager- and VP-level decision-makers. In smaller companies, you’re more likely to target senior human resources leaders.
You’ll earn a 20% commission on the total annual contract value for handling prospecting, appointment-setting and discovery. When you prospect and set qualified appointments only, we’ll pay a 10% commission.
What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
You'll have to have some B2B chops, but our sales interactions are traditionally a bit more relaxed and approachable - not stuffy and process-y - so having more of an evangelistic, brand and lifestyle ambassador demeanor will go a long way.
