FTS is an aggregated service provider providing NOC, Helpdesk, Backup and DR services to IT providers in order to give them the capability to provide Managed Services to their clients 24/7/365.

We are looking to engage with IT service providers that are struggling to find resource in order to provide a fully managed 24/7 service.  

Our most successful partners are those that have ambitions to grow but are hampered by resource or lack or process.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

A self motivated, self managed professional. Preferably someone who already has contacts in the IT service delivery space.  Or someone who knows of companies that have just moved into IT service delivery and need a rapid 24/7 Service in order to make themselves more attractive to their current base of customers.
