What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
Require 5-10 years’ experience selling to Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training & Development and Talent Development professionals, at all levels, in any industry. Require demonstration of thorough understanding of selling intangible services. Since our services are intangible, an agent with a relational selling style is critical to create the tangible. Along with building and maintaining relationships comes the ability to problem solve to help clients find solutions and to predict client needs. Ability to ask the right questions to recognize need based on possible abstract communication from client. Ensure customer service excellence and good client relationships throughout sales cycle.
