Game-Changing New Concept For The Restaurant Industry - 50% Commission (US/Canada-Based Agents Only)

Summary

Introducing the Restaurant Space Sharing concept: an industry-changing platform that can best be described as ‘Airbnb for restaurants.’

This cutting-edge new model enables restaurants to monetize off-hours by pairing them with independent chefs seeking to use the space for weekly recurring pop-ups during their downtimes. In turn, this generates a new revenue source for restaurant owners while unlocking endless opportunities for culinary professionals and food entrepreneurs.

Restaurants lose money when they're closed. With this platform, now they make money when their doors are shut. It's a win-win solution for everyone in the food service industry that comes with no down side and costs nothing.

This opportunity is for agents who are based in the United States or Canada only. Please do not apply if you are based elsewhere.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

I have said this from the beginning, you can ask anyone on the team -- I don't want to work with anybody who's not fired up about this.  I know it sounds cheesy, but I'm dead serious.  If this doesn't get you excited then that's ok, but it's probably not a good fit.

I don't need to hear that it's the best idea ever.  It's not.  It actually falls under the umbrella of what Economists call the "air of inevitability." The most famous example is the wheel. Greatest invention ever?? The most obvious invention. It was "inevitable." Somebody was going to do it eventually. This idea is more obvious than it is brilliant.

But that's what makes this so exciting! Who wouldn't want to be part of the first waive that launches something revolutionary? How often do these things come along? A concept where everybody wins and benefits across the board -- including Sales! If you're not excited it comes across when you're talking to prospects...and they're going to look at you like the weirdo who didn't put an exclamation point at the end when they texted, "Congrats on your baby." lol

Other criteria:

  • Must be based in the US or Canada
  • Comfortable 'selling' something new
  • You can connect with people -- build trust and open doors
  • Ability to see both the short-term and long-term earning potential
  • Willingness to ask for assistance if you have any questions or bringing someone else in means ensuring the deal gets closed

Nice To Haves:

  • Any experience selling into restaurants or hospitality-adjacent industries
  • Existing connections to restaurant owners, chefs, or culinary communities
    • Maybe your uncle or best friend owns a restaurant (or 3 or 4 even) and they have several people in their network who are restaurant owners as well?
    • Maybe your neighbor or you cousin or some guy in your softball league owns a restaurant?
    • Maybe you know someone who's an attorney who primarily represents restaurants?
    • That's just as valuable as Sales experience -- just have the conversation -- they make money and so do you...no need to do another thing if you don't want...but take the low-hanging fruit -- it's free money (for everyone!)
