We are looking for commission sales agents in North America, Western & Northern Europe to help us grow the company to the next level. The main objective is to find new clients for our software development-related services.
We are looking for agents who:
Will actively look to sell our services on a regular basis and
Would like to refer us to their existing clients if they require IT services. We'll happily pay referral commissions if we close the business after the introduction!
What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
Since we are talking about a high-value service with strategic impact, C-Level executives or high-level managers (IT, Product, HR) usually make buying decisions.
It is important that you know how to reach and communicate with high level decision makers. Persistence is also key here, because a deal often requires multiple calls or meetings before finally making a decision.
Selling our services also requires at least a basic understanding of software development terminology, because you will often need to discuss them with IT decision makers as well. This is nothing that can't be picked up in a few days.
