Earn up to £2,500 per deal by introducing planning-approved residential development projects to Lumin Architects for RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design & Tender) services. You’ll connect small to mid-size developers (2–15 units) with a trusted, award-winning architecture studio that delivers sustainable, design-led, technically robust homes.
You’ll work directly with decision-makers who already have planning in place—no cold calling or high-volume outreach required. Simply identify and introduce qualified developer clients, and Lumin Architects takes care of the rest. Commission is paid on milestone or appointment, with 10% base and an additional 5% residual on repeat clients.
