What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
There are two ways you can contribute to our business. The first one entails only sourcing the leads and setting up the call, while we do the rest of the work. The second way, on top of sourcing leads, also involves closing them (signing the contract).
- Generating Leads / Referral (4% Commission)
- Full Sales Cycle (10% Commission)
Ideally, we’d love to work with someone, who understands the business value of product design that goes beyond just the visuals. The focus on the visuals is a misconception that a lot of the leads share, so the sales professional should be able to communicate the value we provide.
Additionally, we expect the ideal candidate to be fluent in the up-to-date sales tech (CRM’s, email outreach, LinkedIn, etc.), while also having an existing network of tech companies and funded startups.
Finally, we’d like the candidate to be able to hunt new leads and nurture them and think strategically about how and when approaching potential companies.
