An excellent opportunity has arisen for BDM’s and Account Managers to join our growing team in the United Kingdom, Spain and Sweden. You will be demonstrating our unique software and speaking to developers, estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, and accountants to name but a few.
When demonstrating our unique technology you will be able to cross-sell as we can offer development finance, bridging finance, off-market property opportunities, development as a service, and tax relief services. All of these are high commission opportunities as the space we are working in often meals deals of £1,000,000 plus.
Your earning potential is uncapped across all the products and services we offer and will provide a residual income year after year meaning your earnings will increase.
We need BDM’s and Account Managers that can make the sales and above all be professional in the way you approach our potential new and existing customers.
What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
- You will have demonstrated solid sales experience mostly within the B2B sector
- You must be self-motivated
- You should be confident to talk to business owners, MD’s etc. demonstrate products and solutions
- A highly flexible approach to work and with teams
- Some experience of the sales and marketing process (preferably business to business but not essential)
- The ability to learn all specifics of our products and services and promote the benefits to customers
- The ability to meet targets using drive, enthusiasm and tenacity
- You will ideally have experience in selling financial products or technology-based products/ services
- Well spoken and written English
- Knowledge of sales CRM software, preferably (HubSpot)
- Excellent communication skills and can work independently
- Proven ability to meet objectives
