What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
RCS is seeking professional commission-based sales representatives to join our team and tap into this $2 billion market of unclaimed refunds while enjoying residual income. We offer full training and continual marketing/sales support. Candidates should have experience dealing with executive level company contacts, be motivated by phone sales, and have basic computer and SaaS technology knowledge.
We are looking for long-term relationships with both our Sales Agents as well as our partners. We take great pride in our product and the Sales Agent will immediately feel ‘part of the family’ from day one as we continuously support and aid in the closing of accounts. Our sales are not “one-offs”, in that we do not sell a product and then walk away from the client. Our sales are based on relationship forming and generating a new residual stream for all parties involved (including the end user). The Sales Agent should understand that a single sale will have unlimited potential as our partners continuously adds their clients to the platform and thus the Sales Agents commissions grow organically- there are no such things as reselling at RCS.
The Sales Agent should understand that we are a technology company and because of that we use the most advanced proprietary software that continuously delivers shippers hard dollar saving. Furthermore, we pride ourselves on showing transparent savings to our partners, their clients and of course the Sales Agent.
In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, qualifying, and closing new opportunities with executive level company contacts. We need a driven, sales-minded individual that is motivated by phone sales. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit; have basic computer and SaaS technology knowledge; and have excellent time-management, presentation and closing abilities.
