Summary

We have a battle tested script and unlimited cold call leads. Looking for commission sales reps for industrial chemical product sales. At Hawk Chemical we supply customers with over 400 different chemical products sold by the gallon. We pay 15% commission on new and recurring sales and our target order size is $3500. We carry everything from degreasers, disinfectants, and hand soaps serving most businesses with a janitorial function as well as chemicals like detergents, pest control liquids, and fire products serving specialty businesses and government entities. 

This opportunity is open to two types of individuals.

1. An experienced rep with their own book of business who can generate their own leads/ sales.
2. A rep who can cold call leads with a provided script that typically converts 1 out of every 30 calls with a decision maker.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated and has a track record of success in sales. They should either have a strong understanding of chemical products if working from their own book of business or have experience selling decision makers in blue collar type roles. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build relationships with customers. They should also have strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to work independently and manage their own time. Finally, the ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the ability to use customer data to inform sales decisions.
