Inbay offers high quality NOC, Service Desk and Project Services to MSPs who want to extend the services they offer their clients, build recurring revenue and drive serious growth.

Providing specialist IT support since 2003, first as an MSP and now as a trusted partner to a growing international MSP client base with partners in North America, Europe and APAC.

We have an existing small but dedicated sales team located in London, UK and Greenville, SC, with a small satellite office in Sydney. 

Our NOC is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and our Service Desk is located in Canada. 

We only sell via the channel to Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We're looking for someone with tenacity, drive and initiative, that will proactively close sales to meet and exceed both their own quota and team targets. 

You will enjoy working flexibility with a distributed multi-national team, learning new technologies and services and have a pro-active 'can do' outlook.

Experience of selling similar consultative IT services to MSPs would be an advantage - as would experience selling SaaS vendor products to this market.
