CAD $700–$10K+ Per Project at 10% | 10% Lifetime Repeat Commissions | Accredited EMC & RF Testing Lab

Summary

Earn 10% on CAD $7,000–$100,000+ EMC and RF testing projects—and another 10% on every future project from clients you introduce for the lifetime of the relationship—while selling an essential regulatory service backed by an accredited laboratory and technical team.

Target electronics manufacturers, OEMs, hardware startups, engineering firms, product developers, contract manufacturers, and other businesses that need testing and certification to bring applicable products into regulated markets. We'll provide an existing cold prospect list, while you can also develop opportunities through your own outreach, relationships, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.

Your role is focused on opening doors: identify prospects, uncover testing or certification needs, qualify the general opportunity, and arrange an introduction. Our engineers take over the technical heavy lifting, including detailed requirements, testing scopes, quotations, troubleshooting, and technical discussions.

With projects starting around CAD $7,000 and reaching CAD $100,000+, your 10% commission translates to CAD $700 on a CAD $7,000 project, CAD $2,500 on CAD $25,000, or CAD $10,000 on CAD $100,000. Better still, your 10% continues on future business from every client you introduce for as long as that client continues working with Stancer.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We're looking for experienced self-employed B2B sales professionals and manufacturers' representatives who are comfortable opening doors with manufacturers, OEMs, hardware businesses, engineering firms, product developers, and other technology companies.

Existing relationships with engineering managers, compliance or quality managers, product-development leaders, operations executives, and founders would be particularly valuable. Experience around engineering services, certification, electronic components, test equipment, industrial automation, telecommunications, automotive technology, or related technical markets can also be helpful.

You should be comfortable prospecting independently, qualifying general commercial needs, arranging appointments, and maintaining relationships through a consultative sales cycle. You don't need to master EMC or RF testing yourself—our technical team handles the specialist conversations.

English is important for this opportunity, while French is a valuable advantage when developing business in Quebec.
