Business Development Consultant- Global Region ( Recruitment Sales upto 33% commission )

Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional with a proven track record of effectively communicating with and closing deals with C-level executives, including CFOs, CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Operations, and Heads of Technology.

The ideal candidate will excel at persuading these decision-makers to engage our company for their internal recruitment needs, ideally through the execution of exclusive, long-term recurring recruitment hiring contracts. 

Permanent Hiring

In the case of exclusive or exclusive recurring permanent hiring contracts, the commission will be 33% of revenue for permanent hiring. For non-exclusive contracts, the commission will be 13% of revenue for permanent hiring. For example, if we charge 20% of the candidate's annual salary to the client and the salary is $100,000, the total revenue will be $20,000, and the sales professional will receive $6,600 CAD (for an exclusive contract) after the candidate gets the job and the guarantee period passes. The guarantee period typically lasts for an average of 3 months after the start date. It is imperative that the client pays us within 3 months to ensure timely payment to the sales professional. While our company has never experienced clients failing to make payments after candidates are hired, it's a condition that sales professionals should be aware of.

Additionally, sales professionals should focus on securing job orders that align with market-competitive salary levels and ease of finding candidates. Exclusive recurring contracts are highly valued, as they ensure continuous earnings for the sales professional throughout the contract term.

Contract Hiring

In the case of exclusive or exclusive recurring contracts, the commission will be 3% of billing fee for contract hiring which is equal to an average of 1.5% of margin. For non-exclusive contracts, the commission will be 3% of billing fee for contract hiring which is equal to an average of 10% of profit margin For example, if we charge 100 per hour of candidate worked to the client so the annual billing fee will be (100 X40 X 52) assuming candidate works 40 hours week in a year , the total billing fee will be $208,000, and the sales professional will receive $6,240 CAD (for an exclusive contract) after the candidate gets the job . While our company has never experienced clients failing to make payments after candidates are hired, it's a condition that sales professionals should be aware of. Additionally, sales professionals should focus on securing job orders that align with market-competitive hourly rate levels and ease of finding candidates. Exclusive recurring contracts are highly valued, as they ensure continuous earnings for the sales professional throughout the contract term.
