Bennett Hill Academies https://www.bennetthill.com/ has created a new, very valuable and unique concept for home daycares and to turn them into higher end learning academies that will enable the Owners to charge higher prices than traditional home daycares. We will essentially be the tech and design arm for the Owners and each academy.

The main value proposition that we are offering Owners is instead of them having to spend $80K - $100K to design and develop this type of higher end/elegant website/web portal and complex app and then spend $5K per academy to contract a very talented interior designer, they’re getting all of that for only $25K plus a monthly fee per child per academy.

We have a very in-depth and very beautiful high end look and feel website with almost 100 pages. We also have a beautiful high end look and feel app that will have 33 super powerful features (and more than 150 pages) with 12 additional very valuable features that will be developed each quarter.


The higher end and elegant website and app will enable Owners to use those tools as very effective marketing assets to get more parents interested to sign up for a tour and also to be able to charge higher prices per child. The interior designers will help the Owners to extend that same higher end and elegant look and feel into the physical learning academy, both the interior and exterior parts.

Another important part of the upfront $9K-$20K “Add Academies Fee” will enable us to add all of the Owner’s future academies to the website and app providing a very easy ability for parents to find their academies in the county, zip code or town where they live or will be moving to.

This will save Owners tremendous marketing time and money because for example if John owns academies in Carroll County and Mary is moving from Johnston County where her kids have been enrolled in a Bennett Hill Academy in Johnston County, she can just go on the website and app and search for academies in Carroll County and only John’s academies will appear and she can seamlessly schedule a tour and enroll her kids which now saved John a lot of marketing time and money. We will have numerous powerful features just for this example to make it super seamless for parents.

We are essentially charging the Owner a payment for us to add their academy and the numerous vital pieces of information about the academy to our website and app so that the Owners can have a beautiful and elegant marketing tool (the website and app) to use to market their academy and the give parents and teachers a powerful app to use with 33 very valuable features. 

This will enable them to charge higher prices from parents compared to regular home daycares. Since this will be a learning academy just like commercial child care centers, that means that these Owners will be able to charge the same prices as those centers which equals to between 40% and 60% higher prices than regular home daycares

Owners will have great autonomy for their academies (benefit for owners). Create schedule, pricing, policies, curriculum, hiring, age ranges, name (as long as it’s high end), etc. 

The interior designer will also work to stay within the Owners budget for furniture, decor, books, toys and other elements that will be inside of the learning academy. We will also have professional photographers take photos of the completed interior and exterior of each academy at no additional cost to the Owner. These photos will then be used for the app and website.

This new concept presents very unique and very valuable benefits to Owners that other child care concepts do not and frankly not many other businesses do. We have outlined those points in the Google Doc link below.

And our website and app will show that an Owner’s academies are part of a network which will convey more professionalism rather than a mom and pop operation and enable the Owner to charge higher prices.

We are also offering 5% equity to the first few owners and a voting board seat. All of these ingredients, we believe, will make it much easier for Sales Representatives to do their job, sign up Owners and make money.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR FROM A SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

We're looking for someone to present this opportunity to prospective Owners and get them to sign up as Owners. Specifically, we're looking for someone to find Owner who will be able to open at least 3 academies per quarter. 

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We prefer (but NOT require) a sales representative who has at least one year of B2B or B2C experience.
