Anonymous Incident Reporting and Case Management platform offering 20-30% commission and 15% on annual renewals for the lifetime of client.


Employee Confidential is an online and mobile platform that provides employees with an anonymous reporting system for incidents. For example: discrimination, harassment, fraud, theft and workplace safety. 

Campus Confidential provides students, faculty and employees a safe and anonymous reporting system for incidents. For example: hazing, alcohol and drug abuse, harassment, violence, bullying and suicide ideation. 

The EU Whistleblower Directive now mandates that EU companies with 250+ employees (and 50+ employees in 2023) implement an internal whisleblower solution. See attached documents. 

Both platforms have a: 

  • Reporter Dashboard for employees (or students) to check on case status, correspond anonymously with HR personal at the company and add additional evidence or information. 
  • An Incident Management solution for companies to investigate and resolve cases.  This includes messaging, tasks, investigation management and analytics. The analytics help track and report on behaviors, organizational influences and environmental factors that drive misconduct. 

Commission Structure:

  • CLOSERS: 20% for closed new sales and 10% for renewals 
  •  20-30% commission on all closed business. 
  • 15% on annual renewals for the lifetime of the client. (95% clients renew for 6+ years)
  • 10% annual commission on all partner/reseller closed business ($50K -$1M per annum deals). 
  • 10% annual commission on qualified referrals that we close. 

We are seeking experienced closers for the US market. We will provide warm leads. 

For the international/EU market, we are either seeking agents with a B2B client base to introduce our product.  Every sales agent on CommissionCrowd who has a B2B client base, can benefit enormously from working with us, either as referral agents or as sales directors with closed business. 

Or for agents without a client base, we will collaborate on developing a referral partner lead list to pitch and onboard. 

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

The ideal candidate is a sales professional who has:

  1. A book of clients that are in an applicable industry where the contact is either in Human Resources or the CEO, CFO, CLO or CHRO. 
  2. Experience selling SaaS/computer software.
