Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative with experience in selling AI tools or SaaS products to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a steady pipeline of warm, pre-qualified leads, generated through our active marketing funnel and social campaigns.
Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach is essential—while these leads have shown interest and been pre-qualified with details like their AI challenges, desired solutions, and current level of AI understanding, it will be your job to initiate contact, engage them, and guide them through the sales funnel.
You’ll be responsible for:
Reaching out to leads via calls and emails to book initial demos or discovery calls
Qualifying leads based on their role, relevance to our target audience, and use case fit
Asking insightful questions about their workflows, processes, and challenges with AI
Positioning Ascend AI as the ideal solution for their needs
Depending on the lead, your next step will be to:
Sell the Ascend: AI Accelerator Bundle for Consultants
Offer a live demo of the Ascend AI platform
Recommend a discovery call with our AI experts to explore a custom-built solution
You’ll also support the handover process by creating clear briefs for our internal team to build tailored AI workflows for new clients.
