Summary
Earn $5,000–$15,000 in commission on a typical initial $25,000–$75,000 software project, plus 10% lifetime residuals, while selling a differentiated fixed-price, pay-after-delivery engineering model to US mid-market companies.
You'll target businesses with approximately 50–5,000 employees and $10M–$1B in revenue, particularly those wrestling with manual processes, disconnected systems, overloaded IT teams, SAP/ERP challenges, or software projects that aren't getting built. Ideal contacts include operational and technology leaders such as COOs, VPs of Operations, CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Engineering, and Logistics or Plant Directors.
And you won't be expected to become a software engineer to make the sale: your job ends at booking the free scoping session. Our engineering team handles technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and the technical depth required in subsequent conversations, with scoping sessions confirmed within one business day.
You'll have a complete enablement system behind you, including an AI Sprint Sales Playbook, battlecard, 11-slide pitch deck, qualification checklist, objection scripts, cold email and LinkedIn templates, CRM access, onboarding materials, certification, and ongoing group support. With 20% initial commissions and 10% lifetime residuals, one strong client relationship can continue generating commissions beyond the first project.
What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
You'll be particularly well positioned if you already have relationships with US mid-market technology and operations decision-makers, or you're comfortable prospecting into those accounts. Connections with COOs, operations leaders, CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Engineering, and Logistics or Plant Directors can give you a natural head start.
Experience around enterprise software, IT services, ERP/SAP, AI, operations, logistics, manufacturing, retail, financial services, or related B2B solutions would be helpful. Just as important is your ability to spot operational pain, start credible conversations, qualify fit, and turn that interest into a booked scoping session.
