Package Tiers:

- Certainty Package ($25,000 for 1 Event): 16% combined (8% Marketing / 8% Sales) = $4,000 payout.

- Momentum Package ($135,000 for 4 Events): 20% combined (10% Marketing / 10% Sales) = $27,000 payout.

- Authority Package ($250,000+ Enterprise Retainer): 24% combined (12% Marketing / 12% Sales) = $60,000+ payout.

Upgrade Rule: If a client tests with Certainty ($25k) and upgrades to Momentum ($135k) within 60 days, the rep earns the full 20% rate.

Renewals: Year 2 renewals pay 50% residual commission (8% on Certainty, 10% on Momentum, 12% on Authority), with no residuals after month 24.
