Do you already have (or do you want to build) a network of contacts, and turn the spigot on to an extremely lucrative income stream that requires no account management? If so, we are interested in speaking with you.
You will have uncapped earning potential, and you can be confident that every client you send our way will receive our renowned, exceptional service. We have clients we have been serving for almost two decades, and for each ONE-time introduction you could continue to receive a 33.3% commission on EVERY role we go on to place with that company. Furthermore, if the person you introduce us to ends up moving to another company, and continues to utilize our recruiting services, you would continue to get 33.3% commissions for every role we place at the new company, too.
Our fees are based on each new hire's annual base salary.
Just 1 Placement with a $25,000 Fee = You receive $8,325
Just 1 Placement with a $50,000 Fee = You receive $16,650
Technology salaries are continuing to rise, and the numbers above are examples of your payouts for just one Direct Hire. In addition to receiving payouts for multiple Direct Hires every month, you can also have multiple Contractors generating residual monthly payouts for you.
It doesn't take very long to build a consistent stream of residual monthly Contractors' payouts, and then also be receiving multiple Direct Hire payouts each month.
We also have Retained Agreements we execute with clients, and those alone could each generate fees of $33k+ for you. We can discuss in more detail how we position and present these agreements during a call.
