You'll target senior HR, People and Culture decision-makers with a clear consultative story: conventional engagement platforms can diagnose workplace problems, while bp2w® is designed to connect those insights directly to coaching, activities and interventions.

Use proven customer results and reference clients to open conversations, then bring our team into live demos, technical discussions and closing conversations. You'll have direct founder-level support when serious opportunities progress, giving you access to the people who know the platform best.

At 25% of first-year contract value, a €25,000 deal produces €6,250 in commission and a €50,000 deal produces €12,500. At the stated €25,000–€50,000 renewal values, the 10% lifetime renewal commission represents another €2,500–€5,000 per annual renewal, with commissions paid within 14 days of bp2w® receiving the client's payment.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

You'll be particularly well suited if you're comfortable selling consultatively to senior HR, People, Culture and organisational leadership audiences. Existing relationships in education, utilities, the public sector or other people-intensive industries could give you an immediate advantage.

Experience selling SaaS, subscriptions or recurring-revenue solutions will also be useful, particularly if you're comfortable managing considered €25,000–€50,000 opportunities rather than purely transactional sales.
