What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
There is a combination of experiences and traits that will help a sales agent be successful with our services:
- Someone who is established and can speak credibly with CEOs about the needs of executives and the kinds of problems they face. These problems include lack of executive presence and speaking ability, or the inability to lead highly successful teams of senior leaders due to ego.
- Tenacity to keep calling. CEOs, C-Suite Leaders and HR folks are busy and may not prioritize our service until they have a chance to understand what it offers.
- Someone who likes to sell a solution vs. a product. The right agent loves to uncover the problem so that they can present the solution in a brilliant way that is unique to the client.
- Someone who is willing to be a partner in the process and will make recommendations to improve the service-product, provide intel from what prospective clients are looking for and who is generally interested in our success as well as their own.
