You'll approach SMEs and mid-market B2B organisations, typically with 10–250+ employees, where off-the-shelf software, disconnected systems, manual processes, or legacy technology are holding the business back. Target contacts include CEOs, Founders, Managing Directors, CTOs, Operations Directors, and COOs.

The sales path is clear: identify the right organisation, engage a senior decision-maker, uncover the technology problem, secure and qualify the conversation, then involve our technical/closing capability as appropriate. Our standard 15% commission means £3,750 on a typical £25,000 project.

For consistently high-performing agents, there's another potential revenue stream. We’ll consider 5–10% residual commission on hosting, which averages around £5,000 per client per year, for agents who consistently introduce high-value clients or reach agreed milestones such as closing one deal per month.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

You'll be particularly well suited if you're comfortable starting B2B conversations with founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, CTOs, COOs, Operations Directors, or other senior decision-makers.

Experience selling technology, software, digital transformation, professional services, or other consultative B2B solutions would be helpful, but the key is being able to identify genuine business problems and create qualified conversations around them.

You'll need to be comfortable generating your own opportunities. Agents with existing relationships among UK SMEs and mid-market companies may have an especially useful starting point.
