Earn approximately £1,500–£4,500 on a typical £10,000–£30,000 video project while selling specialist production services into pharma, biotech, MedComms, medical and tech markets—with cold leads and a strong portfolio of sales assets to support you.

You’ll receive 15% commission on initial projects, with the potential for additional commissions when clients return. Clients can spend around £30,000–£80,000 annually, and qualifying repeat projects can pay 5–10% commission during the first 12 months, depending on spend.

Your primary focus will be London and the wider UK, with opportunities in European markets including Switzerland, France, Germany and Spain. You’ll target medium-to-large organisations and contacts across marketing, communications (internal and external), events, patient advocacy, account management and related functions.

We’ll give you real material to take to market—not just a company name and a commission agreement. That includes cold-lead lists, showreels, examples of work, case studies and presentations, plus help developing scripts and other sales materials and weekly or bi-weekly calls where appropriate.
