You’ll target founders, CEOs, CROs, and CMOs who already know something isn’t working—stalled growth, an unpredictable pipeline, financial-model issues, or organizational misalignment—but need an experienced operator to identify the root cause.

Your job is simple: find the right prospect and make the introduction. We take over discovery and scoping, then deliver the complete diagnostic within 10 business days. The client receives a written report, quantified analysis of what’s costing them money or growth, and a prioritized 90-day action plan.

You earn 20% on the diagnostic, meaning $1,000 on a $5,000 sale or $1,500 on a $7,500 sale. If your client converts into a GTM Reset or Fractional Growth Leadership engagement within six months, you receive an additional 10% override on that engagement’s first invoice—and over a third of diagnostic clients are stated to make the move into larger engagements.
