Fusion CPA wants to support more companies with their NetSuite ERP implementation and development (pre-implementation).

For a number of reasons, NetSuite ERP is frequently ranked as the #1 ERP solution in the market currently for small-to-mid-size companies, and hence there are a lot of opportunities to offer NetSuite to companies to improve their businesses. NetSuite is potentially an ideal business improvement solution for hundreds of thousands of companies throughout the United States.

The easiest way to sell this, whereby we can add a lot of value, is to sell/pitch our services to companies that are already actively using NetSuite that are having trouble getting good value out of using NetSuite – i.e., “troubled NetSuite accounts”, where the initial NetSuite admin person(s) have either walked away for whatever reason or they are currently doing a poor job and are struggling to make NetSuite work well for a company. Over the years, our NetSuite consultants have saved / turned around the NetSuite usage value of a lot of companies with “troubled NetSuite accounts”.

We believe that a strong NetSuite ERP foundation is based on having good accounting and tax records and practices. We assist companies to accurately and timeously move over to NetSuite, or update their current NetSuite records to improve accuracy.

Furthermore, we can also assist with the pre-implementation stage of a NetSuite implementation project by beforehand getting a new client’s accounting records in order – so that a NetSuite implementation project goes much more smoothly, yielding improved project success.
