What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
An agent with access to an existing network would be an advantage and in particular a network of clients with physical offices. Communication is a key asset in this market not only being able to communicate with people at all levels but also to be able to articulate solutions to clients. The individual needs to be very organised and thorough, as any error in this sales process can lead to the wrong specification which would obviously be disastrous. Attention to detail is key as is the tenacity to work with clients who sometimes do not know what they want!
