We charge per session and regulate session sizes, and larger clients are likely to require more sessions over shorter periods of time, which can significantly boost your earnings.

In larger companies, you’ll target senior learning and development leaders and other manager- and VP-level decision-makers. In smaller companies, you’re more likely to target senior human resources leaders.

You’ll earn a 15% commission with 5-year residuals for handling prospecting, appointment-setting and discovery. When you prospect and set qualified appointments only, we’ll pay a 10% commission.

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

We’re looking for agents with a background in B2B and experience in working with senior executives. An understanding of HR and learning and development roles will be immensely valuable as well.
