We are a software development company based in Nairobi Kenya. We sell IT Outsourcing services to Small to Medium enterprises in the US and UK.  This is because most companies within our target market cannot afford to hire, develop and sustain internal technology teams. So, based on this our service offerings fall within the following broad areas;   Software Development (Mobile Apps and Web based Apps), Software Testing and Application Support

What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?

Sales professions with experience in B2B sales, and if possible experience in selling IT services. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has had experience selling  consulting services like, software testing, software development, project management and/or outsourced solutions, who has an existing portfolio of clients, who can add us to their portfolio.We are also looking for people with the following skills:
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver client solutions
  • Strong relationship building skills, adept at pitching and negotiating with clients in a face to face role
  • Experience selling to C-Level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong, proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets
  • Experience in partnering with senior executives as a trusted advisor to develop creative problem solving solutions to their business
  • Experience in account management, including account planning, opportunity generation and management, communication plans, and business management excellence
