What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
We are looking for agents who can quickly learn our products and understand the changing marketplace of estate agents. We need the individual to be a self starter and to find their own leads and thus have that driven mentality. Estate agents are negotiators themselves, so you will need to be a good negotiator! Often our services are customised to the client, so some basic logical reasoning skills are required to work out the best solution for the client and ehouse.
We also expect each sales agents to put several days a month to our work - this is obviously flexible depending where you wish to pursue, however we felt that the best combination would be most agents working a 40 mile radius from their home and committing 3-4 days per month.
