The type of sales agent that would be successful in selling these solutions is someone that understands learning and development and business consultancy who of course has a decent grasp of using the technology (that being said all product training will be provided prior to commencing the contract).
Someone with experience in dealing with owners/MD of the smaller target customers and/or learning/HR professionals at the higher end will have success with this contract. The solutions are excellent visually, and we find that once people see a demonstration of what it entails and the prices involved that the deal is pretty much done.
