What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
Someone who is willing to learn, who will meet with us to help train and who will plug into using our existing CRM (PipeDrive) .
Need someone who is also used to hunting for new business, and is not expecting a list of contacts to work from.
A sales professional who has worked in the software/architecture/manufacturing or construction sector and who has an established network, is ideal but not essential.
