What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
Our ideal sales agents will be people who are creative in their thought process, hungry for success, and happy to work with a great deal of autonomy. We are here to support in every way to help you succeed, but we are not looking for people we have to micro-manage.
Ideally you will already have relationships in the industries we work in, and with the correct contacts for training and development.
It is important that agents have experience selling to C-level executives or high level management and are able to "hold their own" at this level - speak from strength and give them confidence to do business with you/us. It's important you know the sales process and can navigate your way through referral from one part of a company to another, as there are often many clients within one organisation. Networking is key!
