Alhena Technologies is the new Internet of Things Division of Vates. We are headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, USA with satellite offices in Argentina and Chile. Since 1991, we have been delivering solutions from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies, partnerships with Oracle Corporation, Microsoft, IBM, and Atlassian,  500+ high qualified software engineers and 2M+ service hours in the last 3 years.

We are looking for regional Sales Reps to obtain prospects for companies that are interested in IoT Software Staffing Services. We focus on delivering highly qualified IoT resources in a cost effective way. Our near-shoring approach (headquartered in Atlanta with technical resources in Argentina) allows us to offer great value to our clients without sacrificing efficiency or quality.

We expect our Sales Reps to identify opportunities in the market and open doors for us. Our Pre-Sales and Sales team will work closely with our Sales Reps as an extended team and give all the support needed- so they can focus on opening doors and generating leads and the team will help with everything else.

We feel this opportunity is best suited to people who have the ability to get in contact with business decision makers. We are looking out for passionate people, who can reach out to CIOs / CTOs  / Delivery Managers / Development Manager / IoT Manager / IT Manager / Principal Software Architect /  Influencers at large as well as mid-sized companies and engage with them to identify their IoT development roadmap and challenges. 

This sales opportunity primarily focusses on agents that have a network, and are willing to either (please note that we're willing to provide any necessary training you may require when it comes to selling our services):

  • Those who already possess an existing network of interest; clearly see the solution we provide, and how to identify those experiencing a problem we can solve.
  • Those who are inspired by the solution we provide: High Quality and Cost Effective IoT Development, and want to gain maximum profit by generating a network of interest, then capitalising on it.

However we're aware of the scope of business over time. That's why we're also open to speaking about potential partnerships with:

  • Agents who are open to connecting referral leads with us.
  • Agents who are closers by nature, but are patient and hungry enough that they're capable of not only generating leads, but closing them.

The commission structures will go as follows:

  • Full-Cycle Agents: 10% comms every month that the client is with us from closing. 
  • Closers (if leads are available at the time): 5% comms every month that the client is with us from closing. 

There is no way that we could be as successful as we are if we didn't have a solidified team nurturing process. If you work with us, you'll be part of a team that's ready and willing to assist you with any queries you have - no matter how trivial!
