Summary
Product managers are the people who own (or manage) a product or a set of products in a business. They are responsible for overarching strategy, defining the features and functions, and eventually sunsetting of the product. We work with customers to define the big picture context of a product. Our service, provides this as an outsourced service.
Our team specialises in taking stories and dreams, and turning them into products that can be built and put in the hands of our customers customers. In consultation with the business, we document out the strategy and goals, then break these down into requirements and a roadmap. We also guide (and in some cases run) the development process, to deliver beautiful digital products.
We both help customers to design their products, as well as investing in our own market leading products.
What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
We feel this opportunity is best suited to people who have the ability to get in contact with business decision makers. It is important that the sales professional has experience selling to HR teams and sign off from C-Level executives. Our culture\selling style is more consultative than forceful.
When we are selling stop-gap or short engagement, generally the sign off process is fairly simple. The main sign offs in an organisation typically come from the C-Suite level, or a HR person.
This sales opportunity primarily focusses on agents that have a network, however we are open referrals as well.
The commission structures will go as follows:
- Full-Cycle Agents: 30% comms every month that the client is with us from closing.
- Closers (if leads are available at the time): 15% comms every month that the client is with us from closing.
- Referral Agents: 10% comms every month that the client is with us from closing.
