What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
We are looking for sales superstars that require minimal management oversight to achieve excellent results. It's highly preferred that candidates have key existing relationships with C-Level Business Unit Executives, as they're the ones with the insight, money, and authority to make decisions.
The proven ability to opening doors and secure appointments from a cold start is a big plus. Applicants should be highly self-motivated, terrific presenters, and expert communicators.
Occasionally we'll provide sales leads from marketing efforts or leads that we've purchased. Candidates must also be able to generate their own opportunities and set up on-site appointments or online calls/demos.
