Cognition is looking for winning sales professionals specifically with the following attributes:

- Marketing. A grasp of the fundamentals of marketing. Significant training will be available to help individuals be successful, but some experience in marketing will help.
- Presentation. Strong skills in communicating concepts, but with the humility to listen and deal effectively with objections and questions.
